A Few Announcements…..

#1: On Thursdays the Thrift Store is now open until 4:30pm. Yay!

#2: Reminder – DO NOT leave donations outside the building during non-store hours. Please contact us to make alternative arrangements if you cannot visit during regular hours.

#3: Please refrain from donating expired food to the Food Shelf. Handling food we cannot distribute is a burden on our staff/volunteer’s resources and time.

Needs of the Food Shelf

Here is a list of personal items that are needed at the food shelf:

  1. Shampoo
  2. Cream rinse
  3. Bath soap (bar)
  4. Laundry detergent
  5. Dish soap
  6. Toilet paper
  7. Toothpaste
  8. Deodorant (men & women)
  9. Diapers (sizes: 1 – 5)
  10. Hand soap

Here is a list of food items needed at the food shelf:

  1. Hamb. Helper
  2. Pork & beans
  3. Juice (apple/orange)
  4. Cheese
  5. Yogurt

Food for Families Update for July 2021

Starting in July 2021, PICK-UP for Food for Families will take place on the South side of the Food Shelf Building (1260 Whitewater Ave).

The new hours for Food for Families is now 4 to 5:30 P.M. Food for Families continues every second Thursday of the month. The dates for the rest of the year are:
